Shipping & Delivery Information

Everything you need to know about how we craft and deliver your handmade keyboard wrist rest.


Production Time

7-21 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)

Every keyboard wrist rest is handmade to order, just for you. Here's what goes into creating your piece:

  1. Hand-Tufting - We carefully tuft each design using premium Turkish acrylic yarn
  2. Gluing & Drying - The backing is applied and allowed to dry properly
  3. Shearing - The pile is trimmed to the perfect height
  4. Hand-Carving - Details are carved by hand to bring the design to life
  5. Quality Check - Each piece is inspected before shipping

This artisanal process takes time, but it's what makes each wrist rest unique and special. Thank you for your patience!


Delivery Time

7-14 business days after your order ships

Once your wrist rest is complete, we'll ship it to you. Delivery times vary based on your location:

North America (USA, Canada) 7-14 business days
Europe (EU, UK) 7-14 business days
Australia & New Zealand 10-14 business days
Rest of World 10-21 business days

Note: During peak holiday seasons, delivery may take longer due to high carrier volume.


Total Estimated Time

From order to delivery: 14-35 business days

This includes both production (7-21 days) and shipping (7-14 days). We know it's a wait, but handmade quality takes time!


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use this to follow your package's journey from our workshop to your desk.

Tracking information typically updates within 24-48 hours after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country
  • These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost
  • Fees are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the buyer's responsibility
  • We cannot predict or control these charges

Check with your local customs office if you're unsure about potential fees.


Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to collect from customs/post office

Additional shipping fees will apply to reship the order.
