Orders & Production

How long does it take to make my order?

Each keyboard wrist rest is handmade to order. Production typically takes 7-21 business days depending on the design complexity and current order volume. We craft each piece individually with care, which takes time but ensures quality.

Why does production take so long?

Our wrist rests are genuinely handmade - not mass-produced. Each piece goes through several steps: hand-tufting with Turkish acrylic yarn, gluing, drying, shearing, and hand-carving the details. This artisanal process creates a unique, high-quality product that's worth the wait.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already started, and cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of each piece.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is complete and shipped, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Are customs duties included?

Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included in the purchase price. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your local customs office for more information.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

What size should I get?

We offer two sizes:

• Full Size (44x16cm) - For 100%, 90% (TKL), and 80% keyboards
• Compact (32x16cm) - For 75%, 65%, 60%, and smaller keyboards

What materials are used?

Our wrist rests are hand-tufted using premium Turkish acrylic yarn. The backing is made of non-slip material to keep your wrist rest securely in place. The materials are soft, durable, and easy to maintain.

Are these actually comfortable to use?

Yes! The fluffy, cushioned texture provides comfortable support for your wrists during typing and gaming sessions. Many customers report reduced wrist fatigue compared to hard surfaces or no wrist rest at all.

How do I clean my keyboard wrist rest?

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a defect or quality issue, please contact us and we'll make it right.
