We want you to love your keyboard wrist rest! Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
The Short Version
- Cancellation: Within 24 hours of order = Full refund
- After 24 hours: Non-refundable (production started)
- Damaged items: Contact us for resolution
Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
How to Cancel:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Include your order number
- We'll confirm your cancellation and process your refund
After 24 hours: Cancellations are no longer possible. Why? Because your custom wrist rest is already being made! Each piece is handcrafted specifically for your order.
Why We Can't Accept Returns
Unlike mass-produced products, every keyboard wrist rest we make is:
- Custom-made to order - We don't hold inventory
- Handcrafted specifically for you - Each piece is unique
- Made with time and care - Hours of handwork go into each piece
Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or if you simply don't like the product. Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we've got you covered.
What to Do:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
- We'll review your case and work with you on a solution
We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Wait 2-3 additional business days (packages sometimes show delivered early)
- If still missing, contact us and we'll help investigate
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
